Delicious Caramel Apple Pie Bombs filled with Granny Smith apples, brown sugar, and creamy caramel, wrapped in buttery puff pastry.

  • 1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Granny Smith apples with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pastry square and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with more caramel sauce if desired.
