A comforting dish featuring juicy kielbasa slices and vibrant broccoli in a rich creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté kielbasa slices until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, then remove from skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and return the kielbasa to the skillet. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
