For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 1/4 cups creamy mayonnaise Base for the sauce.
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness.

  • 2 tablespoons honey Balances heat with sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken breasts, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Thread 4-5 seasoned chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Reserve half for serving and brush the remaining on the skewers.

Cooking

  • Place skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Serve skewers hot drizzled or brushed with reserved bang bang sauce.

Notes

Consider marinating the chicken for richer flavor. You can add colorful vegetables like bell peppers to the skewers for added depth. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for optimal crispiness.
