  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each pickle slice into the flour, shake off excess, coat in the egg wash, and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes
