Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to enhance crispiness.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and your choice of dried dill or parsley.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned salmon.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Cooking

  • Cook the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness by using a fork to see if it flakes easily.
  • Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
