  • 2 pieces ripe heirloom tomatoes Bursting with flavor

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the peach, heirloom tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  • Core the peach and slice each half into thin, even slices. Arrange on your serving plate.
  • Carefully slice the heirloom tomatoes and place alongside the peach slices.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and distribute evenly across the plate.
  • Place the whole burrata on one end of the plate, or tear it open to showcase its creamy interior.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the assembled fruits and cheese, then sprinkle salt to taste.
  • Garnish with balsamic glaze and fig glaze or jam atop the burrata.
  • Finish by garnishing with fresh basil leaves.

Notes

Use quality ingredients and consider adding toasted nuts for extra crunch. Feel free to experiment with other seasonal fruits.
