  • Add the spicy Italian sausage, breaking it up into small pieces. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers and onion, cooking for 8-10 minutes until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are tender.
  • Incorporate the minced garlic, garlic seasoning blend, Cajun seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes; stir for an additional minute.
  • Pour in the beef or chicken broth and heavy cream, mixing well. Add the Parmesan cheese, letting the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Meanwhile, cook the frozen cheese ravioli according to package instructions in salted boiling water, reserving a cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Gently fold the cooked ravioli into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to adjust the sauce consistency. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped herbs.
