Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chopped chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Place a generous spoonful of the filling at the wide end of each triangle of dough and roll tightly.
  • Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
