Ingredients

Dough and Filling Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough (16 oz)
  • 0.5 lb cooked sausage (crumbled)
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the crumbled sausage, pepperoni slices, chopped bell pepper, chopped red onion, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is even and combined.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving a border at the edges.
  • Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch to seal the edges.

Baking

  • Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Allow it to cool slightly, slice, and serve with marinara if desired.
