Preparation

  • Begin by browning the lean ground beef over medium heat in a skillet. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onions and green peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and fragrant.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning packet and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the can of Rotel with the nacho cheese sauce, stirring until smooth.
  • Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spoon a generous layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
