  • 1 packet taco seasoning Adds depth of flavor

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough Acts as the crust
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes For juicy freshness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the skillet, mixing well.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and separate it into triangles.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Roll each triangle from wide end to point, sealing well.
  • Arrange the filled rolls on a greased baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with sour cream and optional salsa.

Notes

Make sure the ground beef is browned well and seal the crescent rolls tightly. Adjust baking time based on your oven.
