  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened Let sit at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional) For added texture.

Garnish

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs For garnishing.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, continuing to mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until incorporated.
  • Stir in the cherry pie filling and optional mini marshmallows gently to maintain fluffiness.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serving

  • Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish.

Notes

Chill longer for a firmer dessert. You can use different pie fillings or add nuts for variation. Try using flavored whipped toppings for a twist.
