Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Allow the cookie to cool completely on the baking sheet.

Topping & Serving

  • In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, and optional sprinkles and crushed nuts on top.
  • Slice into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

Notes

Let the cookie crust cool completely before adding the topping to prevent runny cream cheese. Use parchment paper for easy transfer. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delicious contrast.
