Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, and stir in the toasted coconut.

Layer Assembly
