Forming the Cheese Ball

  • Shape the mixture into your desired cheese ball shape.
  • Roll the formed cheese ball in extra chopped pecans to coat.

Chilling

  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
