Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil the tortellini according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Let cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Gently add the cooked tortellini, ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let sit briefly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
