Preparation

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Drain the excess fat and transfer the cooked beef to a crockpot.
  • Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and add to the crockpot.
  • Stir in the cream of chicken soup and the undrained Rotel tomatoes.

Cooking

  • Stir all the ingredients in the crockpot until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • About 20 minutes before serving, cook the bowtie noodles according to package directions.
  • Drain the noodles and gently fold them into the creamy mixture in the crockpot.
  • Serve the dish warm and enjoy.

Notes

For healthier options, consider using ground turkey or chicken and adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Leftovers can be frozen in airtight containers.
