Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (or 190°C) to ensure your pizza rolls come out perfectly cooked and crispy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
- Crush the Doritos using a food processor until finely crushed for a flavorful, crunchy coating.
- Set up a dipping station: pour pizza sauce into one bowl, crushed Doritos in another, and place shredded mozzarella cheese in a third bowl.
Assembly
- Take a small spoonful of pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, and optional mini pepperoni slices, then roll the mixture into a small ball.
- Dip each ball into the pizza sauce, then roll it in the crushed Doritos, pressing lightly to coat.
- Place the coated pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
