Ingredients
  

For the coffee mixture

  • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled The deep aroma adds invigorating touch.
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche Rich and creamy caramel for sweetness.
  • 1 package ladyfingers Light and airy sponge cakes.

For the mascarpone layer

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Velvety cheese adds creaminess.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Provides airy fluffiness.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Enhances sweetness.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds warmth and richness.

For dusting

  • to taste cocoa powder Adds contrast in taste and presentation.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix 1 cup of cooled strong coffee with 1/2 cup of dulce de leche in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whip together 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the dulce de leche coffee mixture.
  • Lay the dipped ladyfingers in a single layer in a serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat layering with remaining dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  • Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using low-fat mascarpone or Greek yogurt. Pair with fresh strawberries or whipped cream for serving.
