Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter generously on one side of each tortilla.

Cooking

  • Place one tortilla butter-side down in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and fold over.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully and cook the other side until toasted.
  • Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

If you have leftovers, freeze them wrapped in foil or parchment paper in an airtight container. Reheat in a skillet for the best texture.
