  • 1 small small boiled beet (peeled) Provides a vibrant crimson hue and is rich in antioxidants.
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries Juicy and aromatic, they add brightness and sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup blueberries Small but nutrient-rich, delivering a refreshing burst of flavor.
  • 1/4 cup oats Nutty and creamy, they help keep you full.
  • 1 cup almond milk Smooth and slightly sweet, perfect base for the shake.
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional) Natural sweetener to enhance flavor.

Preparation

  • Boil the small beet until tender, about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool, then peel and chop it into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped beet, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and 1/4 cup of oats.
  • Pour in 1 cup of almond milk, and add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup if using.
  • Secure the lid and blend at low speed, gradually increasing to high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For best results, choose ripe fruits and blend until smooth. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
