Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions, adding the eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for about 10-15 minutes on a wire rack.

Poking and Filling

  • Use the handle of a wooden spoon to gently poke holes all over the cake.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with a few drops of green food coloring.
  • Pour this mixture generously over the cake, filling the holes completely.

Chilling and Topping

  • Cover the cake with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Once ready, spread the whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle the coconut flakes on top.
  • Add pastel-colored candy eggs for decoration.
