Ingredients

For the chicken marinade

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the ramen

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces green onions, sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pieces are golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically around 3-5 minutes.
  • Once the noodles are tender, reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Ladle the ramen into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

Customize heat by adjusting chili sauce. Add bok choy or spinach for extra nutrients.
