Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Mix well to ensure that every piece is coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken, cooking for 6-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
  • Ladle the ramen into bowls, ensuring each bowl gets a generous serving of chicken, noodles, and creamy sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes
