Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut your cheese into bite-sized cubes and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Set up your breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.

Breading

  • Roll each frozen cheese cube in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.

Frying

  • Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the cheese bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serving

  • Serve warm, alongside marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan for even cooking. You can bake these bites at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier option.
