Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces lobster tails (fresh or frozen) Ensure to thaw if using frozen.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, exposing the succulent meat. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then brush each tail generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the lobster from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the meat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the garlic infuse in the melted butter for about 10 minutes. If you love heat, add crushed red pepper flakes to the butter mixture. Serve with garlic bread to soak up the buttery juices.
