Ingredients
  

Lobster Preparation

  • 4 pieces lobster tails (fresh or frozen) Fresh lobster is preferred, but frozen can be thawed completely before use.

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Melted for easy mixing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adds rich flavor.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tsp paprika For color and subtle warmth.
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley Adds herbal flavor.
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For seasoning.

Garnish and Serving

  • Fresh chopped parsley For garnish.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise but do not cut all the way through. Pull the lobster meat on top of the shell.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cooking

  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  • Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobster and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.

Serving

  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, consider broiling the lobster tails for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Pair with vegetables like roasted asparagus for a complete meal.
