Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Preparing the Steak

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the thinly sliced ribeye steak with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Sauté the steak for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Combining the Dish

  • Once the sauce is ready, return the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic butter sauce until thoroughly coated. Add the cooked steak slices back into the skillet and mix gently.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Top the dish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, if desired. Serve hot.
