Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef Lean ground beef recommended.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with Monterey Jack or other cheese.
  • 1/4 cup diced onions Adds sweetness to the filling.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Enhances flavor.

Dough

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough Contains 8 biscuits.

Topping

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Enhances flavor and promotes browning.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds a garlicky punch.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onions over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Roll out biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  • Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the dough around the filling to seal.

Baking

  • Place the stuffed dough balls on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush over the tops of each dough ball.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use lean ground beef and feel free to customize with herbs or different cheeses. Can be served with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
