Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Brush the pineapple slices generously with the honey mixture on both sides.

Grilling

  • Watch for golden grill marks and slight softening of the fruit to know when they're ready.

Notes
