  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened softened to creamy perfection
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar for sweetness
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed to give a lovely depth
  • 2 large eggs the binding agents
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract adding warmth
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package pistachio pudding mix imparting green hue

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup chocolate chips for melty indulgence
  • 1 cup red M&M's for a cheerful touch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Stir in the pistachio pudding mix.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and red M&M's.
  • Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.

Baking

  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges turn golden and the centers remain soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Be careful not to overbake. For a healthier option, consider using sugar substitutes or dairy-free butter.
