  • In another bowl, combine the softened mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the white chocolate has cooled, gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  • Carefully fold in the whipped cream, taking care to maintain the mousse's airy texture.

Assembly

  • If using graham cracker crumbs, sprinkle a layer at the bottom of each glass or serving dish.
  • Spoon the white chocolate mousse into each glass, layering with fresh raspberries. Continue layering until glasses are filled, ensuring the last layer is mousse.
