Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan until evenly distributed.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow it to cool completely.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until luxuriously smooth.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and heavy cream, beating until light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
