Chocolate Glaze

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and 4 cups of milk until fully combined and let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, being careful not to overmix.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, lay a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, then top with a final layer of graham crackers.

Glazing

  • In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly.

Chilling

  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the graham crackers to soften.
