Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted unsalted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  • In a third bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour. Stir in chopped pecans and pour over the cream cheese layer.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.

Serving
