Ingredients
  

Biscuit Base

  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

Garlic Butter Coating

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and gently separate each biscuit. Flatten them slightly.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assembly

  • Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Fold the biscuit around the cheese, shaping it into a ball and sealing the edges.
  • Arrange the biscuit balls in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider spices or fresh herbs in the butter mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
