Instructions

Prepare Raspberry Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

Blend Freakshake Base

  • In a blender, blend the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and 1/2 cup raspberry sauce until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Freakshakes

  • Pour the milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Spoon a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each freakshake.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream and place a mini cheesecake slice on top.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and some graham cracker crumbs.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.

Notes

Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are out of season, and consider adding a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
