Preparation

  • Bake until cooked through, then let it cool completely before cutting into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Assembly

  • Layer the ingredients in a large trifle dish or individual serving glasses, starting with red velvet cake cubes, followed by the cheesecake filling.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheesecake on top.
