Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced onions and cook for about 2 minutes until translucent.

  • Add the ground beef, seasoning it with Italian seasoning, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is thoroughly browned, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Gradually stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Remove everything from heat, drain excess liquid, and set aside.

Assembly

  • In a baking dish, combine cooked cauliflower rice, sour cream, butter, and dried basil; mix until creamy.
  • Incorporate the beef and spinach mixture into the rice and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Top with shredded Italian blend cheese generously.

Baking

  • Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • Let the dish stand for 7 to 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
