Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Used for cooking.

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth For depth and savoriness.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Nutty and tangy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Adds refreshing brightness.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Elevates the dish.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  • Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring well.
  • Incorporate heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Consider adding lemon juice at the end for brightness. Red pepper flakes can be added for heat.
