Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a vigorous boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil. Add the sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and soften slightly, then fold in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir until it simmers, then gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and thickened. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Combining Everything

  • Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing everything to ensure each piece is coated in the rich, creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the pasta. Taste as you go and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Garnish generously with fresh basil and Parmesan for extra flavor.
