Ingredients
  

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce Can use low-sodium for a healthier option
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch Can substitute with arrowroot powder if needed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Main Ingredients

  • 10 oz thinly sliced steak
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil For cooking the steak
  • 2 packets ramen noodles Seasoning packets discarded
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced for garnish
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Pour the marinade over the cooked steak, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the steak and sauce. Toss until well-coated and heated throughout.

Serving

  • Serve your stir-fried ramen garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider adding colorful veggies like bell peppers or broccoli. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three months.
