Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry pie filling.

Assembly and Baking

  • Sprinkle the dry white cake mix over the cream cheese layer evenly.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top surface is golden brown and the cake is set.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
