Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk Ensures muffins are moist.

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (Chopped) Provides flavor and color.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened) Decadent filling for the muffins.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, pour in the whole milk and break in the eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • For the cream cheese filling, stir together softened cream cheese with a little sugar until smooth.

Baking

  • Spoon half the muffin batter into each liner, add a dollop of cream cheese filling in the center, and cover with remaining batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain to avoid excess moisture. Watch for overbaking to prevent dry muffins.
