Preparation

  • Finely chop the pecans and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheese spread, grated cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
  • Stir the mixture until smooth and fully blended.
  • Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape and place it on a large piece of saran wrap.
  • Chill the cheese ball in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, or up to 48 hours in advance.

Coating

  • Mix the finely chopped pecans and parsley together on a plate.
  • Unroll the cheese ball from saran wrap and roll it in the mixed nuts to coat thoroughly.
