Preparation

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, lemonade, coconut water, and lime juice.
  • Stir until well combined. If desired, add honey or agave syrup and stir until dissolved.
  • Just before serving, add soda or sparkling water and gently stir to retain carbonation.
  • Fill each glass with ice cubes, then pour the punch over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple, lime wedge, and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Opt for ripe pineapples for best flavor. Chill ingredients beforehand to keep the punch cold. Adjust sweetness to preference.
