Preparation

Coating

  • Melt the remaining white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until fully melted.
  • Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate, coating evenly.
  • Place the dipped cheesecake balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes for the chocolate to set.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.

Notes
